May 04, 2026"A very nice restaurant, with excellent service. Traditional, but also innovative dishes with good local products. A wine cellar which is TOP! Every time I was very satisfied of the dishes I tasted. The ladies in the kitchen are the nec plus ultra of the Borgo. Reservation is needed (only 36 persons can be served)."

The food is excellent and they have a good selection of wine also. Maurizio, the owner, is very friendly and always offer something new out of the menu. I definitely recommend this restaurant!! AAA+"
